Areas of responsibilities

  • Identify, plan, evaluate, select and implement eCom and Retail IT solutions e.g. SFCC, SFMC, SF Core, OMS, PIM, MAM, SAP CDC, SAP etc.
  • Proactively identify service gaps, align stakeholders and secure implementation
  • Liaise with external providers and collaborate with internal resources in all relevant areas
  • Improve security, Omnichannel business continuity strategies
  • Drive Omnichannel projects from scratch in collaboration with BIZ operations (eCom, CRM), PMO, IT and Digital
  • Support Omnichannel projects from scratch in collaboration with BIZ operations (eCom, CRM), PMO, IT and Digital
  • Analyze customer functional and technical requirements and propose the most suitable strategy for frameworks and tools to be used
  • Supervise and participate in the development of the Technical Specification Documentation, write and review technical documents, create diagrams and flow documents when necessary
  • Work with cross functional teams such as engineering and product management to provide feedback and support the evolution of the product

Profile of qualification

  • Master or Bachelor Degree in Business, Technology or Science
  • Minimum 57 years of experience in implementing Omnichannel solutions with focus on Salesforce Clouds, Order management systems such as Salesforce OMS, IBM sterling or similar, connected PIM systems, SAP ERP
  • Ideally integration experience with middleware such as SAP CPI
  • Profound understanding of Omnichannel journeys (B2C and ideally B2B) & related systems
  • Fluent in English, both verbally, written and in willingness to interact in international environment
  • High goal orientation and determination to deliver excellence
  • Ability to drive for change, cope with changes and shift gears comfortably
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills coupled with self confidence
