5+ years of software development experience on IBM Mainframe with JCL/COBOL/DB2/MQ/CICS technical expertise in programming and troubleshooting solid knowledge of software engineering strong analytical skills and experience on analysis of existing systems DevOps-oriented mind-set good communication skills fluent German in spoken and written - as the person need to interact with only German speaking staff experiences with component and integration testing as well as providing support for interface and user acceptance tests ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines (1.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
