This is where you will make an impact
:

Primary responsibility for all accounting and tax related activities
Leadership and development of staff
Responsibility for accounting in NetSuite (AP, AR, GL)
Preparation of the monthly advance VAT return incl. OSS
Preparation of the monthly reporting as well as the annual financial statement according to HGB, account consolidation
Coordination with our external contacts (tax advisor, payroll accountant, tax office, etc.)
You form the link with treasury and controlling for a holistic financial corporate management
You help to transform the startup into a Grown-Up through accounting processes and change management
Further development of ERP system (NetSuite) for the accounting area

You'll be perfect for this role when
:

You have successfully completed training as a tax clerk or have several years of experience as a (senior) accountant.
You have several years of professional experience in the field of accounting (startup or grownup) or in a tax consultancy and/or auditing firm
You ideally have initial experience as a team leader
You are proficient in MS-Office, especially Excel and NetSuite
Fluent English necessary, German knowledge is a plus
