Your Tasks

Build, lead and develop a team of developers, process engineers and design engineers
Development and design of process water modules, cooling units, gas drying modules and auxiliary equipment
Technical benchmarking
Responsibility for creation of technical specification based on requirement specification and its realization
Optimization of cost and performance in close alignment with cost management and procurement
Building of partnerships for development of modules, deployment and controlling of work packages to partners, suppliers and service providers
Responsibility for design

FMEAs, Hazops
Responsibility for creation of CADmodels, drawings, production BOMs, updating of technical master data and documents in ERP system, creation of assembly documentation

Your Profile

Masters' degree in mechanical engineering or comparable background
Several years of professional experience in development and design, ideally experience in development and design of electrolysis or fuel cell stacks
Experience in CAD design and in sealing technology
Selfdependent, systematic and structured working style, high degree of selfreliance and sense of responsibility
