Your role & mission
Supervise, drive and improve the company's S&OP process to align workload planning with the work capacity of the various departments within the company.
Your main responsibilities
- Change management: lead the S&OP process continuous improvement
- Continue the process improvement implementation towards a strong and sustainable S&OP process
- Support the configuration of the Master Resource Planning (MRP) in the future ERP to define the structure of the MRP deadlines and parameters, including tracking and monitoring of indicators
- Lead the monthly S&OP process & be the key contact regarding overall planning process
- Prepare and lead S&OP meetings: Demand review, Pre-S&OP and Executive S&OP Meeting
- Coordinate the transversal teams around the S&OP process: federate, organize and distribute the activities
- Oversee the overall planning process to gain visibility into the progress of each customer project and ensure alignment with the company's capacity
- Support the various departments in updating their own utilization/capacity plan and in particular the master production scheduling
Your profile
***:
- Completed studies in Engineering or Industrial Engineering with focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM), Operations or Logistics or comparable education with several years of relevant professional experience in the area of production planning
- Several years of relevant professional experience, especially in the context of planning activities or with S&OP responsibility
- Very good MS Office skills as well as relevant experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Navision / Business Central
- Fluent written and spoken English and German; Italian or French are an advantage
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to work independently.
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Willingness for occasional business trips at home and abroad
