As a Master Data Specialist (all genders) in our organization, you are responsible for ensuring complete and proper creation and curation of master data records.

You ensure a smooth process flow from the beginning of the process chain.

You cooperate on a daily basis with business data users and other teams, manage records in accordance to procedures, maintain and improve quality of data.

This position is a maternity cover.

WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING):

You are responsible for managing, creating and changing supplier/ bank / business partner master data
You will raise companywide awareness of the importance of master data correctness
You help to design, document and maintain processes and you will also be responsible for various administrative activities in the area of master data management
You are the sparring partner between the business and technical areas and support the implementation of dailybusiness requirements

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF:

Ideally, you have initial experience in the area of finance/accounting and/or in the ERP software like SAP S/4 Hana
You'll work with finance / corporate data and have willingness to learn and develop skills in complex data environment
You have a successfully completed training as an industrial clerk, office clerk / in the field of office management, tax clerk (M/F/d) or comparable
You are able to communicate well in _English_
You have a high level of personal responsibility and you structure your tasks and processes optimally and act as part of well organized team
