We are looking for a Jr. Project Specialist (f/d/m) to be part of the Production Team.

This is a full-time position based in our location Berlin, Germany.

Tasks

Support our FR Production Team with the organization of assignments
Manage your own Client portfolio
Provide an outstanding Experience to our Clients and Creatives (phone & E-Mail)
Manage small projects from the beginning to end
Challenge our processes and help us scale
Maintain and document processes
Grow with us & enjoy the ride

Requirements:

Team player who loves to tackle new challenges
Good time management and organizational skills
Ideally, you already had first experience dealing with the clients/customers
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Curious & Proactive
You speak French & English
Bonus: Dutch, Spanish or German
Bonus: You have knowledge / interest in Photography, Architecture and/or Video editing
Start date: 1st February
