What you'll be doing:

You create content for our employer branding Social Media channels
Together with the team, you bring our employer branding live comms (meetups, events, job fairs) to a next level
Together with the team, you work on a constant development of our employer branding and HR marketing strategy and its implementation

What you need to be successful

You're studying marketing and/or communication
You are an outstanding communicator and a marketer by heart
You are eager to learn
You are used to challenge your work and to measure its success with data and KPI
Understanding the importance of employer branding for a company's success
Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken
You are willing to participate in events and job fairs
