What you'll do
As a student (f/m) you are fully integrated in the day-to-day business and you will contribute actively to current projects and support the Marketing & Travel Procurement Team in its daily business with the following tasks/responsibilities:

  • Support procurement projects, negotiations and documentation
  • Communicate with vendors and internal customers locally and globally
  • Support on Powerpoint presentations and Sharepoint
  • Support on vendor reporting and monitoring.
  • Organize and prepare internal meetings and conference calls

What you bring

  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German are a must
  • Ability to think analytically
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong quality and customer focus
  • Comfortable to work selfdependently
  • Ability to work in a virtual team

Marketing Procurement strives to implement best-in-class procurement processes, deliver first-class services to internal customers to source & select suppliers, mitigate risk for SAP, create transparency, and improve and manage supplier relations.
