In order to support Airbus Operations is looking for a


Working Student within Fleet Management A320 Family (d/f/m):


  • Location: _Hamburg _
  • Start: _As soon as possible _
  • Duration: _12 months _

Definition working student:


Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies.

This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis.

This employment usually takes place directly on the company's premises.

A working student's main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.

Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment.


Your location:

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • Assist in the coordination and execution of the fleet management as part of the FCO (Fulfill Customer Order) process.
  • Assist in the preparation of the fleet management status and provide communication packs for the management.
  • Analysis and action followup the fleet status
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and support various projects
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting for performance tracking.
  • Provide administrative support for various tasks related to fleet management.

Desired skills and qualifications:


  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and German.
  • Ability to work independently and in a transnational team.
  • Google Workspace (GMail, Sheets, Docs)
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Passion for aviation and a desire to learn and grow in the aerospace industry.
  • Data management and analysis would be an advantage.
