Your mission:

Serve as a product expert, product evangelist, and the voice of the customer
Work crossfunctionally to gather Responsibilities, customer feedback, and communicate priorities
Create mockups and prototypes to assist with development
Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance
Prioritize the implementation backlog
Analyse, design and specify in detail business logic, business processes and IT requirements for the Rail-Flow Ecosystem and its modules
Derive user stories from processes and features
Authorized to accept and approve implemented user stories
Create test concepts and support in quality assurance

Your profile:

Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, mathematics, natural sciences or business administration, logistics
3+ years' of experience in rail freight services as product owner or senior business analyst
Ideally knowledge of damage wagon processes and fleet management
Applications of graduates are also appreciated if you have already gained experience through relevant internships during your studies
Very good written and verbal communication skills (German & English)
Scrum or Agile experience
