Your Tasks:

Coordinating a diverse range of tasks in national and European merger control proceedings
Coordinating of factfinding in antitrust proceedings
Evaluating documents/evidence in major national and international proceedings in antitrust and civil law as well as in internal audits (E-Searches)
Multifaceted involvement within corporate transactions (M&A), financing mandates and real estate transactions
Drafting and reviewing transaction documents (such as confidentiality agreements and powers of attorney) and preparing corporate legal documents
Due diligence review and coordinating teams in our own offices and international partner law firms

Your Profile:

Successfully earned a law degree (Wirtschaftsjurist LL.B, LL.M; international law graduate; foreign qualified lawyer etc.)
Fluent in English (spoken and written) and at least one other European language (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or Dutch)
Knowledge of German is desirable but not required
Beyond that, you manage your stakeholders proactively and you know how to use your organisational talent as well as your interpersonal skills to work well in an interdisciplinary and crossborder team
