For our Competence Centre IT & Digital we are looking for a Data & Analytics Training Expert (M/F/d) for our location in Fürth, Mannheim or Sofia (Bulgaria).

Ihre Aufgaben:

As a member of our central inhouse Data Academy service you support the companywide development of data literacy and contribute with your creative and innovative ideas how to enable our business units to create more value from data
You develop new data & analytics training concepts and curricula for multiple IT and business stakeholder groups, and continuously improve existing training offerings based on the participant feedback
You conduct cocreation workshops to understand business needs and expectations and pursue other consultative activities with business stakeholders across Europe in order to reassure commitment and motivation to realize data & analytics training programs
You assess training effectiveness and evaluate ongoing programs to ensure incorporation of taught skills, techniques and methods to create more value from data and to enhance datadriven decisionmaking processes
You support the rollout and promotion of Data Academy trainings and curricula towards our international stakeholders and establish regular communication and cooperation channels

Ihr Profil:

Education: bachelor degree in psychology, communication, marketing, media design or media psychology or related fields
Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles, an experience with digital learning design and eLearning platforms would be an advantage
Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences, especially in an innovative and creative way
Your comprehensive communication and storytelling skills enable you to convince heterogenous audiences on all levels and change and continuously learning are the norm for you incl. proficiency in English and German languages
You possess a strong affinity and enthusiasm for data & analytics ideas and initiatives and ideally have already practical experience with data & analytics usage
