The Supply and Inventory Planner (m/w/d) will be supporting the planning cycle to ensure material availability for assigned portfolio.

This role is pivotal in supporting the seamless execution of supply chain operations, contributing significantly to our commitment to excellence and efficiency.


Core Responsibilities:


Supply Planning Expertise:
Acts as the primary point of contact for all supply planning inquiries within the designated portfolio.

Planning Cycle Execution:
Manages the execution of weekly/monthly planning cycles to optimize supply chain processes.

Inventory Oversight:
Monitors material availability and inventory levels, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan.

Order Management:
Ensures the execution of the supply plan through order placement and follow-up on any deviations.

Material Sourcing:
Handles material source changes efficiently to maintain supply chain fluidity.

Stakeholder Communication:
Communicates exceptions to vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain transparency and collaboration.

Performance Alignment:
Works closely with the manager to execute measurements and ensure alignment with company goals.

Complaint Coordination:
Coordinates vendor and customer complaints, fostering positive relationships and solutions.

Planning Improvement:
Continuously works on planning parameters to enhance plan output and efficiency.

Continuous Improvement Projects:
Leads smaller continuous improvement projects using key performance indicators (KPIs) and other measures to drive success.

Global Collaboration:
Engages actively with the global team to leverage the global supply network effectively.

EHS contributions:
Actively contributes to Environment, Safety, Health requirements, promoting a culture of sustainability and safety.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Economics (bevorzugt Schwerpunkt Supply Chain Management), Industrial engineering, Logistics
1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
Proficient understanding of Demand and Supply Planning processes; Inventory Management practices
Professional software skills in Microsoft Office, Power BI
Excellent analytical skills with the confidence to make data-driven decisions.
Business fluency in English and German
A collaborative team player, capable of working within cross-functional and global teams.
