WHO WE ARE

For our office in Ludwigsburg, we are looking for an outstanding Agile Coach, who helps us bringing our teams within the Porsche Shop to the next level.

In addition to that, you take your insights and experiences from Product Level to leverage and inspect & adapt the organization of Porsche Digital, globally.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Coaching one product development team within the Porsche Shop Platform, including role specific coaching, and facilitating the team events (Retros, Iteration Plannings, PI Plannings, System Demos, etc.)
Continuously inspecting and adapting the team performance and caring for a good collaboration between all team members and the ART, including the resolution of conflicts
Developing a high performing team & organization by facilitating relentless improvement, so that we can create customer value the best possible way
Helping the team & organization not only knowing, but also living the agile values and principles (including the SAFe specific Core Values, Principles, Lean Agile Mindset)
Creating an environment where constant learning through feedback and experimentation takes place and psychological safety can grow
Building a community with other agile practitioners in order to have a platform to exchange and share knowledge
Acting as a servant leader

WHO YOU ARE

Certified as a SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, SAFe Release Train Engineer or alike
Degree in IT, Industrial Engineering or alike
At least 35 years of professional experience in the field of (SAFe scaled) agile software & organizational development
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as strong goal and result orientation, combined with a systems thinking mindset
High level of commitment, proactivity and communication skills
You are a team player, actively taking care of team culture and the product value towards our customers
Our company language is English, so you should speak it fluently
