We are looking for a
PhD student (M/F/div) to the group, led by Dr. Andrey Kruglov.

The group is interested in the interactions between the host immune system and the microbiota and its impact on the development of chronic rheumatic diseases.

The project will be devoted to the dissection of molecular pathways of microbiota control by host immune system and its influence on the development of chronic autoimmune diseases.

It is interdisciplinary project combining high-throughput, sequencing-based methods of immune cells and microbiota analysis of human samples, as well as microbiology and cellular/molecular biology methods, followed by mouse models.

Our ultimate aim to understand underlying causes of autoimmune diseases and to develop novel therapies

Individuals with disabilities will be given priority, if qualified accordingly.
