You'll join more than 5,000 CARIDIANS already working on the latest vehicle features and functions like automated driving, state-of-the-art charging technology, as well as a new digital ecosystem.

YOUR TEAM:

As HR Strategy & Governance department we provide CARIAD and its subsidiaries with a framework and long-term plan for all relevant HR practices and projects, especially for the key areas of HR, including compensation, benefits, occupational pension and management principles.

We are the central point of contact in all matters relating to CARIAD's collective agreements, remuneration systems, working time models and occupational pension plans.

As a dedicated team of HR, pension and labour law specialists, we form the backbone of the company in all matters pertaining to key areas of strategic HR in close coordination with CARIAD's other HR departments and our colleagues within the VW Group.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Evaluation of HR concepts regarding employment law and social security law
Support of negotiations with trade unions to conclude collective bargaining agreements
Conception and implementation of a longterm working hours model
Analysis and maintaining of occupational pension schemes in consideration of VW groupwide standards
Support of projects in the human resources area

WHO YOU ARE:

First and second state examination in law or comparable (international) degree with aboveaverage results
Relevant professional experience in a national or international law firm, in a company or at an employers' association
Expert knowledge in labour law, in particular in social security law
Knowledge of company pension law desirable
Negotiation skills and entrepreneurial thinking
Fluent business English skills
