A job that inspires

  • In summary: Managing and steering the cost base of E.ON's Group Center (E.ON SE holding company and E.ONinternal service companies), incl. evaluating, proposing and driving performance improvements
  • Providing performance and cost controlling tasks for E.ON SE, including financial planning (Forecasts/MTP), regular performance reporting/analysis and casebycase investment appraisals
  • Taking over an active role and responsibility as a business partner for Senior Vice Presidents (SVPs) on Group Center level, supporting and steering them in achieving their performance and cost targets
  • Developing new concepts and smart digital solutions to further evolve performance and cost analysis/reporting
  • Participating in crossfunctional project teams (e.g., process optimization initiatives)
  • Preparing strategic and operational E.ON Board decisions including presentation and defense of decision proposals

A convincing backround:


  • Analytical, structured, independent and resultoriented way of working
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling, accounting, reporting and/or cost accounting
  • High degree of own initiative, decisionmaking abilities and resilience
  • Open mindset, high creativity in solving issues and delivering workable solutions, eagerness to learn and grow
  • Excellent communication skills (German and English) and professional interface management dealing with top level executives
