For our client, a highly awarded German creative agency for live communication specializing in brand experiences, we are looking for a Creative Director (M/F/d) to join their creative team in Berlin, Germany.

Our client develops brands with the goal of creating unique and engaging brand experiences - they connect event, brand, space, and experience.

Live, digital, and virtual are not individual disciplines, but form the communicative ecosystem of a new meeting culture.

The Creative Director is part of an interdisciplinary and ambitious team consisting of experts from concept, consulting, 2D and 3D design, architecture, project management and media production.

For our client, we are looking for a

Creative Director (M/F/d)

(Permanent position, full-time, hybrid work setup: 2 days per week on-site)

The location of the role is: Berlin, Germany

\_\_Your Responsibilities\_\_

Development of immersive encounters in physical, digital, or virtual space at the interface of humancentered design
Holistic management of creative projects from conception and planning to execution
Creative management of pitches
Lead of the creative team (4 Creatives + Freelancers)
Give convincing presentations to a wide range of international stakeholders
Conception and moderation of team and client workshops
You work closely with experts in scenography, architecture, design, and content development and coordinate the creative processes in an internationally working team
You drive the creative process with creative power to create immersive and holistic brand experiences

Requirements:

Several years of experience in comparable positions
Business fluent and strong communicator in English (German is a plus)
Strong presentation skills
Strong teamwork skills with intercultural competencies
