Your Role:

Our global headquarters in Darmstadt is also home to our plant. We are looking for central support for this.

Your Responsibilities:

On your way to becoming an experienced business partner, we will accompany you fully and also use you in recruiting for your specialist area in the beginning
As a central contact person, you will advise and support managers and employees in the supply chain on all personnelrelated issues
You actively shape the business and thus the organisation in the plant, for example by designing alternative working models
You support the further development of our employees in coordination with our centres of excellence
You build a trusting cooperation with your HR colleagues, managers and stakeholders

Your Profile:

You want to learn HR and are keen to help shape the working environment of our employees
You have some HRrelated experience and a healthy handson mentality
Your passion for working with people makes it easy for you to lead challenging conversations confidently and respectfully
You are resultsoriented and work on your topics independently and in a structured manner
Business fluent English completes your profile
