We are strengthening our HR Development team at our locations in Koblenz, Friedrichshafen (Germany) or Eger (Hungary) for an internship starting in the summer semester of 2024 or earlier.

Your tasks as an Intern in HR Development / ZF Academies (M/F/d):

Supporting various qualification topics within the context of strategic projects such as cyber security, artificial intelligence, data science, software development, or expert programs
Conception of qualification offers as well as operational/technical implementation of activities within our central HR learning system
Coordinating activities within global academies and support of qualification portfolios, e.g. in the area of Research & Development or IT
Creation of decisionproposals and communication materials, e.g. presentations, evaluations, market research up to community management on the social intranet

Your profile as an Intern in HR Development / ZF Academies (M/F/d):

Advanced course of studies with a major in business, economics, social sciences or business informatics
technical background in IT/engineering sciences also highly welcome with openness to look beyond the box for qualification topics
Independent working style with good structuring capability and strength in conceptual and strategic thinking
High personal engagement and power in challenging project work as well as aboveaverage team & communication skills in virtual cooperation
Good command of German and English
