JOIN OUR DIGITAL PRODUCT OWNERSHIP TEAM

During the period of your internship, you will support the team in the role of an Assistant Product Owner.

As such, you are assisting a Product Owner who is responsible for the quality and strategic impact of a medium or complex digital product.

Together with your agile team you work on continuously improving and evolving the assigned products to optimize the value for the consumer.

Collaborating with IT and markets to define a robust product backlog, managing capability expansion increments and contributing to new functionalities & best practice definitions are a few examples of the activities that will be expected from this role.

Additionally, you will be cooperating with various internal stakeholders, including Markets and other Digital areas to drive consumer engagement and satisfaction, as well as incremental revenues by delivering digital experiences.

  • Contribute to the optimization of the Digital product's value for the consumer and the company.
  • Monitor product delivery in line with the roadmap and committed delivery dates. Raise delivery issues ontime.
  • Support the specification of user stories where required
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding the product, its features, etc.
  • Monitor, optimize and enhance the configuration, features and functionalities related to the product.
  • Use data sources and feedback loops to help the team to focus on the right enhancements

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH

  • Student of Business, eCommerce, IT or similar
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Basic understanding of IT products and capabilities
  • Basic knowledge of Agile working methods e.g. Scrum/Kanban
  • Familiarity with A/B testing or other multivariate testing
  • Basic Domain knowledge is a plusAttention to details, quick comprehension, good organizational skills

  • Monthly gross allowance: noncompulsory internship 2.098,00€, compulsory internship 1.590,00 € (Difference due to different taxation, net will be the same)
  • ELIGIBILITY
  • Enrolled as fulltime student for the complete duration of the internship
  • Or in the socalled gap year between Bachelor and Master's degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
  • Availability for the full duration of the internship from September March 202
  • Ability to relocate to Herzogenaurach in Germany for the full duration of the internship
