- Entwicklung, Priorisierung und Umsetzung von IT- und Digitalisierungsstrategien zur Unterstützung der Unternehmensziele
- Koordination und Sicherstellung von Geschäftsprozessen durch Weiterentwicklung eingesetzter IT-Anwendungen (ERP Sage100 und D365, Webshop, CRM, M365, Azure/Entra)
- Verantwortung für die Planung, Leitung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Digital-Projekten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Abteilungen und Geschäftsfeldern in unserem Hause, um deren Bedarf zu verstehen und daraus weitere Maßnahmen abzuleiten
- Beratung der Geschäftsbereiche bei der Integration digitaler Lösungen
- Direkte und indirekte Führung unserer IT-Teams mit bis zu 80 Personen mit verschiedenen Schwerpunkten (IT-Infrastruktur, ERP-Development, E-Commerce, Data- und Business Process Management)

Der Digitalbereich bei Krannich umfasst unsere IT-Teams Infrastruktur, ERP-Development, E-Commerce, Data- und Business Process Management. Als Head of Digitalization behalten Sie den Überblick der Digitalisierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse, priorisieren IT-Projekte und verantworten ein Team von insgesamt 80 Kollegen und Kolleginnen.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

Sie bringen ein ausgeprägtes IT-Verständnis im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur und IT-Projekte mit. Mit Ihrer Führungserfahrung von interdisziplinären Teams, treiben Sie die Digitalisierung im Unternehmen gewinnbringend voran. Zudem zeichnet Sie Ihr Verständnis für das Unternehmertum in Hinblick auf Geschäftsziele, KPIs und Ergebnisorientierung aus. Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, eine ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz sowie eine äußerst strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab.
