Job Objective


As a Junior Salesforce specialist you will provide operational support to our sales team enabling them to meet their revenue targets by streamlining and optimizing the sales process and the Customer Relationship Management stack.


Job Description:


  • Gather requirements from Sales and Campaign Management stakeholders to define and improve our sales processes.
  • Salesforce configuration according to existing requirements.
  • Participate in the design and optimization of the sales processes, from lead generation to billing.
  • Preparation and implementation of training related material.
  • Ensure that leads and contacts are moving through the sales funnel by tracking conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
  • Evaluating and implementing sales automation tools.

Qualifications:


  • 1+ years experience in Sales related jobs (Sales Executive or Sales Operations Manager).
  • 1+ years experience working with Salesforce core cloud solutions.


  • Relevant Salesforce certificates

  • Admin, App builder, Sales Cloud, are desirable but not essential.
  • Sales or consultancy background or have previous experience on sales operations.
  • Speak professional level of English.
  • Highly proactive.
