YOURJOB:

You will work together with your team at the Airforce Base of the US Airforce to service our customers in the store enthusiastically
You will advise our customers confidently and competently about the products of all mobile phone providers, e.g. Telekom, Vodafone or O
You will always remember to keep the service concept in mind whenever you receive questions about offers, tariffs and technology
You will always keep the service concept in mind when dealing with inquiries about offers and tariffs
With your affinity for technology, you never lose the overview in our activation systems
Your sales talent is characterized by automatically recognizing customer needs and creatively developing new ideas for the implementation of sales campaigns

YOURPROFILE:

You are a sales talent and have a high service orientation
Ideally, you have gained initial sales experience preferably a commercial apprenticeship, preferably with a focus on telecommunications or media
For you, customer satisfaction comes first? That's fantastic, for us as well To have a deep understanding of the needs of our American clients is what you enjoy doing every day
Your open and friendly manner offers the foundation to inspire our customers for our products in need of explanation
You enjoy working independently and on your own responsibility
