We are looking for a Communications Specialist (x|f|m) for internal communications (Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH) based in Göttingen or Berlin (GER) or at our sites in FR and UK.

In this position, you will contribute to a continuous flow of information within the Sartorius Group and help to provide our more than 16,000 employees worldwide with easy-to-understand information about the company's strategy and development, its purpose as well as current projects.

Your
tasks

Research, develop and distribute relevant content for internal target groups in different formats, such as articles, presentations, videos, podcasts
Develop and implement new communication formats and channels with a focus on digital media and facetoface
Support managers in their individual communication targets
Advance the strategic development of our intranet, based on Staffbase
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and content providers
Evaluate results of communication activities

Your
qualifications

University degree in communications, journalism or natural sciences
Several years experience in a communications role, preferably with a focus on sciencerelated topics
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Experience in the conception and technical realization of videos and podcasts
Strategic and creative mindset
Great attention to detail
Experience in leadership communication
Willingness to proactively learn about complex life science and biopharma topics and continuously develop knowledge
Fluency in English — both written and spoken
Good time management, works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
Highly motivated to bring in own ideas
