For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting aHR Administrator (M/F/d)
Your new job includes
- As HR Administrator (M/F/d) you are the first contact person for all technical and administrative personnelspecific questions for a defined support area at the headquarter. In particular, you will carry out payroll accounting for your area of responsibility and prepare employment contracts, references, certificates and other relevant documents
- ideally bring your experience in counselling and support for maternity and parental leave with you
- contribute your affinity to the topic of data protection
What you should bring along
- Completed commercial training and further training in the field of human resources management
- Several years of professional experience in the abovementioned area of responsibility
- Experience with time management systems and good SAP HCM and MS Office skills
- Good written and spoken German and English language skills
- A handson mentality as well as a quick comprehension and a very structured, analytical and independent way of working
