Your tasks

As a member of the Analytics team, you are responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of the laboratory's internal quality management system and support internal audits.
As a manager, you are responsible for the leadership and further development of a qualified and motivated team
You implement optimization measures according to changing requirements, especially with regard to automation and digitalization
You are in charge of the preparation and review of internal laboratory documents and manage them according to their specifications
You support the team in the continuous standardization and optimization of processes with regard to digitalization, quality, costs, output and efficiency
You register, monitor and track samples submitted for analysis via LIMS
You are responsible for managing and ordering laboratory supplies and chemicals and monitoring them for quality and expiration dates
You coordinate samples and requests to external laboratories and regularly update contact information in our external network
You work crossfunctionally with R&D, Quality, etc. and are responsible for coordination as well as communication with stakeholders inside and outside the Analytics team

Your profile

You have a university degree (Master or PhD) in the relevant fields such as food chemistry, analytical chemistry or food technology
You have good knowledge of quality management and ideally already have several years of professional experience in this field
You are able to communicate topics adequately even in difficult situations and to convince your interlocutors
Due to your open and communicative nature, you quickly succeed in building up a professional and interdepartmental network.
You have a high level of organizational ability as well as very good analytical and conceptual skills
With your solutionoriented and committed way of working, you proactively drive topics forward and implement them
Your working languages are English and German
