For a friendly, easy-going swedish family living in Berlin Mitte, we are looking for a
speaker of English, German or Swedishto care for their child (
2yo) from Monday-Thursday from roughly 15:30-18:30.

Nanny duties will include fetching the child from KiTa (3 min walk by foot), giving snack, spending time playing outdoors and bringing the child home.

Regular nursery duties apply. The family would ideally like to find someone who will stay with them long term. You will spend hours with the child at home or outdoors, depending on the weather. Possibility of occasional extra evening/weekend hours.

There is some flexibility with the schedule to fit the needs of the Nanny but would like for it to be a fixed long term schedule.

Duties include providing a safe and nurturing environment for the child, being proactive in researching and organizing stimulating, age-appropriate activities, preparing healthy meals and providing a nurturing environment to further his development.

The family is looking to build a close, long term relationship with the Nanny.

Hours are expected to remain the same and the family is looking to find someone who will settle in Berlin and stay with them in a long-term engagement.

The family is also offering to cover the monthly
BVG passor equivalent monthly wellness contribution, and an annual First Aid certification course.

A solid daily routine has been established for the child, the home's atmosphere is calm and the family hope to find an experienced, long term carer to support them in maintaining their systems.

The family is playful, have an open communication style and like to spend time outdoors, at the same time they are firm with routines and respectful behaviour.

The family is happy to also contribute towards a travel card.

This is a long-term position from
12hoursper week.

Compensation on offer starts at
1032EUR gross per month for a contract Nanny
and
20€ per hour for a freelance Nannydepending on your experience and qualifications (negotiable, together with extra holiday allowance and other perks).
