Beschreibung
We are looking for an Intern (M/F/d) General Procurement at our location in Mannheim for a duration of 4 till 6 months.
Your Tasks:
- You will support us in multiple national and international procurement projects from request for proposal, through analysis, to proposal negotiations
- You work closely with the teams in General Procurement International & Germany
- You support us in the purchasing controlling area (e.g. data preparation and analyses using Excel, BI)
- Additionally, you will help us implement the new operating model of indirect purchasing on an international level
- The coorganization of international appointments (planning and moderation of best practice sessions, participation and support in the preparation of the content of conferences) also belongs to your responsibilities
- You support the administration of the companyspecific eProcurement tool (e.g. new supplier installations, 2nd level support)
Your Profile:
- You are studying economics or a comparable field of study
- First practical working experience in the field of procurement is desirable
- You have a high affinity for processes, enjoy varied tasks and show commitment
- As part of the international headquarters, you will of course communicate confidently in English (spoken and written)
