Covestro's Technology Asset Lifecycle Keydatahub (T.A.L.K.) supports both project teams from engineering and employees from operations. The Hexagon PPM Suite provides the technological background and is used worldwide.

The Team Lead TIM (M/F/d) is the contact and coordination point between the Head of Digital Engineering and the areas of Project Information Management, Tool Information Management and Further Development of the Landscape (BizDevOps).

Your responsibilities include- Leading the international Tool Information Management (TIM) team administratively (EMEA), functionally and professionally with up to 18 employees- The support of the Capital Invest projects carried out by the engineering organization with appropriate resources for support at national and international level and you are therefore responsible for the quality and the schedule within Hexagon Tool Support- Also responsible for the further development of the Tool Information Management group, including coaching and mentoring of less experienced Tool Information Managers- Representation of the topic TALK in external activities and organizations- to support the TALK Product Owner (ENG) in the organization of requirements, their prioritization, provision of TIMs in SPRINTs, reporting, stakeholder management, etc

WHAT YOU OFFER- You have a university degree in engineering sciences or another comparable scientific discipline or have further education- For this position you have gained several years of experience in the chemical industry in the management of the integrated Hexagon environment of SmartPlant tools and support either/and SDx, SPF, SI, SPID, SEL and integrating systems or alternatively you have worked as Project Information Manager (M/F/d) worked in national/international investment projects- You have experience in a management position with technical leadership and convince with your excellent communication and leadership skills- In addition, you have strong skills around

o To promote innovation, drive change and live continuous improvement on a technical, procedural and organizational level

o deal well with the uncertainty of change

o Ensure the building of effective teams on a global scale, taking into account agile methodologies, different skill levels and mindsets

o To create trust in order to promote an open atmosphere and an open error culture- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile
