  • In this exciting position, you will be assigned to the Sales department in Wiesbaden (Germany) and you will support the team to provide dealerships with needed expertise, support and monitoring as well as the certification in business performance, assistance procedures and coverage.
  • Achieving the company's key sales objectives through supporting the sales department in the management of the dealer network, development of the business in the defined market area. Important is to drive centralized key business measurement tools to expand the full business model in connection with the supportfunctions such as Marketing, After Sales and PR.
  • In details the main activities will be:
  • Coordinate & monitor KPI targets for all dealers with regard to commercial terms/variable incentives
  • Understand and monitor target achievement for defined KPIs
  • Support in the monthly order call collection for the region and dealers
  • Support the sales contract monitoring and validation process
  • Coordinate and manage claims of production, logistics, clients and the network
  • Proactively alignment with HQ and dealership business goals in context of HQ priorities
  • Liaise with internal functions to ensure achievement of sales and company objectives
  • Understand market trends, competitor activities and any other external factors that influence the business development
  • Monitor that all dealer operative standards (DOS); CI and customer experience processes are in place
  • Ensure compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines
  • Understand network development strategies and intelligence

Required profile
You will ideally be recent graduate in a Business Management or Economics degree with excellent academic results.
Some experience gained ideally in the automotive sector, including specific experience in Sales and dealer management is a plus.

In Ferrari we can expect you to be capable of thinking analytical, client-oriented and highly structured, with excellent relationships and communicative skills.

You will be able to multi-task in a dynamic, ever changing environment, bringing a strong work ethic and integrity.
In this role, you will be required to exhibit strong analytical skills and to handle multiple priorities. Moreover, you will be expected to show good team working approach and energy for results.

The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).

The role will require fluency in German and English, Italian is a plus.
