YOUR ROLE:

Collect and analyze our data and derive improvements and solutions
Assist with building and maintaining our dashboards in Power BI to monitor KPIs and business trends
Be part of advanced data analyses using latest AI techniques, machine learning and statistical methods
Identify trends and generate insights by conducting routine analyses of HCB's various data sources
Provide support as needed to other internal teams when specific projects involving data

YOUR SKILLS:

Studies in statistics, mathematics, computer science, physics, data science or related fields incl. business administration with a quantitative focus, completed bachelor studies is a plus
Interested in data and would like to gain more professional experience in business and data analytics
Basic skill set in any data visualization tools (such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI etc.), advanced SQL,
Python or R skills would be a plus
Enjoy solving complex problems through strong analytical skills
Strong communication, presentation and organization skills
