Your tasks

Staffing the information desks and service points in the terminals
Providing information on any questions, mainly from passengers
Supporting the passenger process
Providing service and special services
Carrying out special tasks
Completed vocational training or equivalent educational background desired
Professional experience in the aviation industry and knowledge of airport operations, primarily in the terminals, desirable
Very good German and English language skills, further foreign language skills desirable
Strong customer and service orientation as well as tolerance and empathy towards people from other cultural backgrounds
Neat appearance and impeccable manners
Ability to work alternating shifts as well as physical and mental resilience
Class B driving licence
