We are looking for a Finance Assistant (Werkstudent) to join our Finance team, ab sofort.


Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Senior Finance Controller in daily reporting, accurate analysis and thorough
account reconciliation of sales and procurement accounts

  • Settling invoices on platforms after necessary manual correction, as requested by
customers.

  • Data entry for VCCs and payment analysis using MS Access database.
  • Follow up on payment collection and overdue reconciliations.
  • Proactively deliver various financial analyses on key accounts including cost overview
and profitability.

  • Focus on valueadded analysisAcademic background in Business Administration / Finance or similar.

Requirements:


  • Academic background in Business Administration / Finance or similar
be considered in the selection process.

  • Willingness to perform manual processes, excellent in Excel
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of German is a strong plus)
  • Ability to work at an adaptive pace, make decisions quickly, and deliver results on
time.

  • An eagleeye attitude together with a detailoriented approach
work permit.
