Your responsibilities

  • Enhance and develop the risk management tools to reflect portfolio development in short
- and long-term perspectives (e.g. Hedge Ratios, PnL, Hedging Strategies, sVaR, etc.) using SQL and Microsoft 365 (Power Apps, Excel, Power BI etc.)

  • Support and joint work with our Reporting team on the development of a Data Model to prepare a dashboard for Market Risk reporting towards upper management
  • Develop a new position management steering approach together with different Market Risk functions and FO
  • Besides the digital transformation, support our team in specific assignments towards FO such as limits setting, sVaR discussions and risk committee preparation

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program related to Business Administration, Economics, Engineering and/or Finance
  • Handson mentality, flexible and problem solving oriented
  • Have a basic understanding of data management with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Interest in Energy markets and Risk management as well as in energy transition dynamics is a must
  • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft 365 tools including, Excel, Power BI and SharePoint as well as experience or willingness to learn and automate processes using Microsoft 365 tools
  • English fluent written and spoken (German is a plus) as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and international environment
