As a Customer Service Representative at SCIEX you will be responsible for:

Order handling:
Producing quotations and processes customer orders and invoices in line with company policy/guidelines. Co-ordinating of deliveries with the customers and channel partners, liaising with internal departments (e.g. service, logistics, sales). Coordinating of complex deliveries to export destinations, including management of the letter of credit process. Processing customer returns of material and instruments and for the processes related to the acquisition, move, counting and disposal of the Company's demonstration inventory


Tenders:
Collation of information and accuracy of documentation to ensure timely response to public and private tenders and bids

Customer Complaints

This position is part of the Customer Service Department and will be located in Darmstadt Germany.


The essential requirements of the job include:
University degree or qualification in Business Administration/Economics/Finance or similar

Min 3 to 5 years' experience in administrative position, ideally business administration, customer service or logistics, in an international environment ideally Life Science or Medical Devices

Excellent proficiency in English

Good problem solving and analytical skills

Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
