Then come and join our global team as Global

Head of Sales X-Ray Products (f/m/d) to define and execute the global and regional strategies for XP Sales.

Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • You are responsible for the definition and execution of global and regional strategies for XP Sales
  • You will ensure XP orders and revenue targets through adequate pricing definition, strong collaboration with sales regions, definition and support of regional sales programs while controlling and managing price quality
  • You will be responsible for the development and execution of global and country specific sales programs
  • You will drive global XP sales planning with market share management, incl. all business dialogues with the zones (e.g. MTA/MBR process, QBR)
  • You will be responsible for the Global Transparency and Coverage Program (GotoMarket strategy to access market of >15,000 unit transactions p.a.)
  • You will be responsible for the regional competence center for Accessory Solutions (clarification of technical questions on OEM components and special offer process as part of the sales process)
  • You will be the global advisor for the hiring process of all regional XP hirings
  • You will ensure global Key customer maintenance
  • You will own Key customers visits and regular customer visit process

Your qualifications and experience:


  • You have many years of relevant professional experience in a regional or HQ Sales or Marketing function
  • You have several years of experience in strategic Sales/Marketing in the Healthcare industry
  • You have detailed knowledge and insights into Diagnostics Imaging Markets
  • You have a detailed technical understanding of Diagnostics Imaging Products
  • You have many years of leadership experience, especially in the leadership of People Managers

  • You have a very good command of written and spoken English
  • Your leadership style is characterized by openness, motivational ability, assertiveness, intercultural understanding, quality and result orientation and appreciative communication, creativity, initiative, resilience and flexibility
  • You convince with a very high degree of motivation, proactiveness and assertiveness
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and very high strategic focus
  • You have very strong communication and collaboration skills
