Job summary
Responsibilities
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounts department (Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, processing the mail, etc.)
- Processing of purchase ledger invoices ensuring company procedure is followed, ensuring correct coding, distribution to correct department for authorisation
- Raising of daily sales ledger invoicing requests issue invoices to customers as needed on a daily basis
- Posting of Credit Card expenses
- Maintain accurate filing and electronic records
- Credit note processing and allocation
- Contact the Fleet Accountants on any queries related to postings and coding
- Liaising with other depts. to resolve invoices discrepancies
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
- Using SUN software
