The Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) program standardizes the operational network processes of network construction and maintenance and displays them in SAP S/4 HANA.

Through a common Enterprise Asset Management for all energy network units and the standardization of processes, data models, and IT systems we are laying the foundation for digital innovations.

EAM will enable us to leverage our economies of scale, leverage synergies, and strengthen our operating business.

A task that inspires you

As part of the EAM program, you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of EAM rollouts at international units.

You will lead the EAM Core Team "Rollout Management" with focus on the international units in tandem with the current Head of Rollout Management.
You act as the central contact person for the international units, for the central EAM program management and for other central EAM core teams.
You develop a concept for the execution of the Explore phases for international units and execute the Explore phases.
You manage and coordinate the EAM rollout for international units in the respective golive year.
You lead the Rollout Management team and develop it further.
You build professional and trusting relationships with local and central stakeholders in the EAM environment.
You identify risks for the EAM program from a rollout management perspective and initiate mitigation measures.

A background which convinces us
A successfully completed university degree in economics, engineering, natural sciences or in a comparable field of study.

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management and/or strategy consulting as well as several years of disciplinary or functional management experience and/or responsibility from leading projects
High level of understanding of network construction and maintenance processes as well as commercial billing processes within/between network companies
Experience in the environment of groupwide transformation and digitalization projects in the area of Energy Networks
Excellent analytical and communication skills and strong assertiveness. A high sense of responsibility as well as the ability to communicate in a stakeholderfriendly manner
Very high level of initiative & motivation, a structured way of working and enjoys leading & developing teams
Very good English skills: German skills would be helpful
