As a Legal Specialist (M/F/x)* - Entity Management, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.


Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Supporting Solventum subsidiaries in: Germany, Austria and Switzerland
  • with their annual governance and compliance process and other corporate legal resolutions, including Directors & Officers and other event driven changes_
  • Supervising and directing the work of 3rd-party service providers for corporate and subsidiary governance_
  • Maintaining Solventum's corporate records to ensure accuracy and completeness_
  • Partnering with Legal, Treasury, Finance and Tax teams on governance aspects of corporate _reorganizations/restructurings_ and serving as a resource on corporate and subsidiary governance matters_
  • Helping streamline and manage corporate governance processes and compliance risks_
  • Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or similar from an accredited university_
  • Experience in corporate registration procedures in Germany (additional experience in Switzerland and Austria is a plus) and coordinating with internal and external legal counsel on maintenance of governance tasks in support for legal entities_
  • First experience in using new technology for subsidiary management and governance_
  • First experience in performing legal research_
  • Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Higher degree from an accredited university_
  • Experience in demonstrating ability to work on their own, control a high volume and complex workload and know when to escalate issues to an attorney._
  • Solid proofreading skills._
  • Comfortable working with all levels of management_
  • Comfortable handling sensitive issues confidentially and diplomatically._
  • Proficiency in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and PowerPoint. Experience with an electronic board portal, such as Diligent Boards._
  • Experience in coordinating complex tasks with multiple team members with a strong focus on collaboration._
  • Notary public qualification._
  • Travel: May include up to 10% domestic
