What part will you play?

You are globally responsible for definition, development, marketing and provision of Product Related Services, Value Added Services and Digital Services for Process Automation in DI CS
You steer the global Service business for Process Automation according to the business mandate and key business KPIs of CS PA (e.g. OI, Revenue, EBIT, HC)
You assure transparency on CS PA portfolio in HQ and Regions and on installed base
You define the Segment investment strategy (e.g. Innovation, R&D) and set the respective targets for the regions/countries in close collaboration with DI CS Sales.
You are an Entrepreneur with a clear focus on all service activities in the context of Industry 4.0 to drive the further fusion of IT and production technologies with technical standards and innovative service products and services.
You define strategic marketing and channel management, pricing and profit targets for CS PA lifecycle service products and assure the necessary sales support of DI Sales and Service Sales Specialists accordingly
Moreover, you define and implement the CS PA Segment strategy aligned with the CS and PA Business Unit Strategy
You lead and manage the Segment HQ organization comprising of Segment functions and Sub-Segments hence you are in charge of team development, succession planning and all other people development processes for the Segment plus strategic resource planning with the regions
You are an integral part of the CS and PA Leadership teams and define, initiate, and lead crossfunctional projects and initiatives that are important to develop the CS and PA business

What you need to make real what matters.

You completed a master's degree in electrical or automation engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, physics or equivalent; an additional MBA or equivalent degree is a plus
Based on this, you gained longterm, crossfunctional experience in Service business, Industrial Automation business, Software Business or Digital Business
Moreover, you have extensive experience in strategy, marketing, sales, business development, product development, R&D, Quality, project management or consulting in service or product business (minimum 710 years)
You are an experienced leader and have disciplinary led large international teams (minimum 5 years) as well as handled large projects
Additionally, you score with your international experience, your cultural sensitivity as well as proficiently English skills; knowledge of German is of advantage
