About the job

We are looking for outstanding individuals with the potential to become the leaders and experts of the future You will have the chance to be part of a dedicated RHI Magnesita programme and challenge yourself in different departments and functions, gaining valuable hands-on experience.

As an Operations trainee you will report directly to the Head of Plants Non-Basic; you will be immersed into the RHI Magneista reality and land in your final position with good knowledge of the business and an extended network

In addition, your tasks will include

Analyzing and optimizing the wage data entry and production bookings at different production lines at Plant Urmitz.
Finding solutions for automated bookings and lead finalization and consolidation of all the necessary documentation.

About you
You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude.

With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues.

You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach, and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo.

You see change as something positive, can adapt quickly and you like to courageously help shaping the future of RHI Magnesita.

What we expect from you in terms of

Education & Knowledge

University Degree (Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or any field of similar relevance)
Good IT knowledge

Languages

English
Proficient/Fluent

German

Proficient/Fluent
Any other language would be an asset

Work Experience &Skills

Some years of professional working/internship experience
Firsthand experience with SAP & Power BI
Analytical and data driven

Ideal Personality

Customer experience oriented
International mindset and mobile (willingness and ability to relocate in the future)
