Key Responsibilities:

Roll out a new Internal Company apps, ensuring all employees are trained on how to use it correctly.
Answer tickets and troubleshoot issues related to our internal and customer support systems. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the efficient resolution of tickets.
Train Account Managers on new systems, including internal and customer support systems, to ensure they have a full understanding of how to use them.
Set up audits in our AMIE system, translating work program/SLA from contracts to elements for audit, and ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
Analyze and Report on the data from our internal systems.
Collaborate with our operations team to plan periodic based on contract information, finding ways to streamline the process within AMIE or other systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as IT, business, or operations)
Entry Level Role for someone who is just finished or is about to finish a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as IT, business, or operations)
Strong technical skills, with experience working with software and systems
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support others effectively
Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and completeness
Ability to work collaboratively with others and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
