Key Responsibilities:
- Roll out a new Internal Company apps, ensuring all employees are trained on how to use it correctly.
- Answer tickets and troubleshoot issues related to our internal and customer support systems. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the efficient resolution of tickets.
- Train Account Managers on new systems, including internal and customer support systems, to ensure they have a full understanding of how to use them.
- Set up audits in our AMIE system, translating work program/SLA from contracts to elements for audit, and ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
- Analyze and Report on the data from our internal systems.
- Collaborate with our operations team to plan periodic based on contract information, finding ways to streamline the process within AMIE or other systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as IT, business, or operations)
- Entry Level Role for someone who is just finished or is about to finish a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as IT, business, or operations)
- Strong technical skills, with experience working with software and systems
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support others effectively
- Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and completeness
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
