Your Mission

You drive our future technical and commercial direction for Data Engineering Services
You recruit, inspire, and retain exceptional developers, architects, and project managers employees)
You grow existing customer relations and drive operational process improvements, together with the leadership team
You continually align our Data Services portfolio with the needs of our customers

Your Strengths

You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a comparable role or more than 8 years as a Data Engineer (or comparable role) with proven ability to take a leadership position
You are experienced in recruiting, developing and leading technical team members
You have a thorough understanding of data engineering development processes and architectures
You have customer interaction and presales experience
You have a broad knowledge on cloud, data and development technologies
You have the ability to understand and explain new trends and emerging methodologies, frameworks and concepts (e.g. Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Data Lakehouse, CI/CD, DEVOPS, MLOPS)
You speak fluently in German and English
