Vertrag:
Vollzeit (40h/ Woche), vorerst für zwei Jahre befristet, anschließend mögliche Entfristung

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Checking and processing the purchase requests of all employees via Easy Order Software
Checking with staff possible alternatives for their order requests
Selection of suppliers
Cost and price monitoring, price negotiations
Requesting and evaluating quotations
Maintenance of supplier contacts
Stock control
Delivery scheduling
Checking incoming deliveries
Processing of complaints and repair orders
Review invoices and monitoring of credit card transactions
Communication with colleagues for clarification of any order queries
Monitoring of the particular budgets before ordering
Communication with the financial department in case of any budget queries

Your profile:

Commercial education and / or appropriate practice
A high level of proficiency with MS Office
Have a responsibilitybased approach and a goaloriented mode of operation
Be detail oriented and work independently in completing assigned tasks
Be service oriented with excellent customer contact skills in English and German
Have good organisational skills
Work well with others and possess a strong work ethic
Fluent in written and spoken English and German
Be international and open minded
