Responsibilities:

As Vice President of Product Management, you will build this new function, lead the product management with the two product areas of battery and fuel cell systems and work closely with the business units and central functions in the process
In our company, product management essentially comprises the four areas of market research, technology monitoring, commercialization and the development of strategic networks
You collect market data in our target markets in the marine industry and in the area of heavyduty vehicles (trucks, buses, etc.) and process this data (e.g. market sizes, competitive analyses, regulatory issues, etc.)
In addition, you question how the demands on our company and our products are changing and what we need to do to remain competitive in the future
You drive commercialization with other departments such as sales, marketing, etc. and support e.g. the development of differentiators, preparation of strategic offers, etc.
You also collaborate with various partners along the entire value chain, build strategic networks and present Freudenberg ePower Systems at trade fairs and conferences

Qualifications:

You have successfully completed a degree in engineering, marketing or business administration
In addition, you bring many years of management experience in the areas of product management, sales or strategic product marketing in a global B2B manufacturing company
You convince with market knowledge in the marine industry and in the field of heavy duty vehicles as well as with technology and product knowledge of battery or fuel cell systems
You also have functional knowledge in the areas of product management, roadmapping, market and competitive analysis
Your excellent communication skills in English as well as your good German language skills in a crossbusiness and crossfunctional global environment including coordination and leadership set you apart
A strong startup mentality with a "cando" attitude to quickly drive the organization forward completes your profile
