The Opportunity
This position works out of our Wiesbaden location in the Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) - Abbott GmbH.

We're focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions.

We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.


Your tasks:


  • Contrac and documentation management, purchase services, invoice management and accruals for assigned teams
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings and events
  • Creating documents, charts, graphs, tables and presentations from source material
  • Coordinating correspondence with suppliers and customers
  • Supporting of budgets and activities such as: financial activities, contract activities, quotations and offers orders
  • Coordinating new hire onboarding, equipment availability and handouts

Your qualification:


  • Commercial apprenticeship and 5 years' experience in the functional area is a plus
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Basic knowledge in marketing, accountancy, financial and controlling services
  • Knowledge of standard procedures, principles, and processes of the area supported
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Office
