The department Data & Insights at our headquarters in Heidelberg is looking for a Working student (f/m/d) for up to 20 hours per week.

Your next challenge:

Support Team Manager to collect and align on requirements from stakeholders and the team
Contribute to product management aspects of daily work (like: maintain and update backlog items, analyze team's delivery metrics)
Support implementing and improving the working processes of the team
Translate technical update to business language and communicate to stakeholders
Combine your skills with domain knowledge to measure the impact of our digital products (like: building dashboard, work on testing cases and debugging)

Your profile:

University degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or relevant fields
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and vendors
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to identify and address various challenges in product analytics
High sense of responsibility and creativity
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies as required by the role
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
