USD Umsatz) und treibt die Identifizierung, Qualifizierung und den Abschluss von Projekten voran, die zur Generierung von Neugeschäft (New Logos, Up-Sell, Cross-Sell, Renewals + Services) führen.
- Darüber hinaus entwickelt und pflegt er optimale Kundenbeziehungen, die sich an der Referenzfähigkeit, dem "Net-Promoter-Score", der Kundenzufriedenheit und der Steigerung des ARR messen lassen.
- Die erwartete Reisebereitschaft mit "Vor-Ort-Terminen" bei Kunden/Interessenten/Partnern liegt bei ca % unter normalen Umständen

Der (Sales-)Manager Mid-Market ist wesentlicher Bestandteil eines virtuellen Account-Teams und stellt für Interessenten/Kunden im Mittelstand den vertrieblichen Hauptansprechpartner dar.
